RETURN POLICY

No returns or refunds. If product has an issue contact us. You can cancel order if the product has not been shipped yet. There will be a 7% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing for the transaction. PRE-ORDER status items are not eligible for cancellation.

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  If something arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at support@rocketrealmtcg.com

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 7% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise. If an item is labeled as "backorder" then that means it is in transit from Japan to our store. Any item purchased and labeled as "backorder" can take 3-7 business days to ship out (depending on when we receive our package from Japan).

Items labeled as "pre-order" will ship 3-7 business days after the official release date in Japan.

If you purchase an item that is in-stock along with an item that is labeled as "pre-order" or "backorder" then they will ship out together once all items included in the order are in Rocket Realm TCG's possession.

US Customs delays or weather delays can possibly occur impacting our ability to receive or send shipments out. We will do our best to communicate this on social media and our email list.

We only ship domestically and do not ship to package forwarding companies that can be used as a middle man to ship products internationally. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. This is due to the nature of importing Japanese product. Each time we order from Japan, pricing can be different and sometimes vary by several dollars. Each of our drops and restocks can potentially lead to a new price for any specific item.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
